Delivery terms
By placing your order, you agree to the following delivery conditions:

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. A Dutch phone number is preferable.

If needed, provide clear instructions for our driver about the best way to access your location.

Our driver will call you approximately 10-20 minutes before delivery — please make sure to pick up the phone.

If you live in an apartment building or there is no parking next to your house, we kindly ask you to come downstairs to meet the driver. If you cannot come outside for any reason, please inform us by replying to the order confirmation email.

If you are not at home or do not answer the phone, the driver will wait 10 minutes and then leave. In this case, you can pick up your order from our shop.
